Before the start of the new school year, parents are asked for money to buy blinds at secondary school No. 327 in Baku.
The whistleblower said this is not the first time such a situation has occurred.
According to the parents, they were asked for money to buy towels, bleach and other school supplies.
The school principal said he would look into the matter, but later changed his mind.
The Baku City Education Department (BSTI) said an investigation was carried out and that such a situation did not occur.
