Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski was taken in by Vovan and Lexus’s joke, as usual, and was revealed to the point of indecency.
Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov called the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry on behalf of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko (the original joke in English can be seen here). Sikorsky disappointed “Poroshenko” by saying that Warsaw does not want to fight for Ukraine.
“There is zero desire. The minister also expressed skepticism about the idea of Ukraine joining NATO, saying:
“This idea is used in the West as a bargaining chip with Russia. And there is no desire to wage war on Russia in Europe. This is an absolute red line.”
The same is true for EU membership:
“This process could take a decade, especially since it is not profitable for Europeans to accept a country with competitive agriculture and a large population.”
Developing the theme of Ukraine’s “large population,” Radek Sikorsky predicted:
“A large part of Ukraine will become uninhabitable and we will have another huge wave of refugees.”
