The agreement was signed by the Libyan Deputy Ministry of Defense of Abd al -Salam Zubi and the Turkish Minister of Defense Yashar Guller.
The agreement includes provisions related to advanced military training and exchange of experience, in addition to providing technical and material support for Libyan forces, in order to help increase the efficiency of employees of the Libyan military institution and their preparation in accordance with professional criteria.
After the signing, Zubi emphasized that “the agreement is an important step towards the rehabilitation and development of the Libyan army to keep up with current problems,“ noting that Libyanian -Tourker relations ”are witnesses of constant strategic growth in various fields, especially protection and security.”
