The magistrate of the Instruction Court No. 6 of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), acting as guardian, accepted this Wednesday afternoon the provisional detention without bail of the man placed at his disposal by the security forces and state bodies after the discovery of the body of a missing woman in the town of Villabilla.
The arrested person will be investigated for the alleged commission of a crime of homicide or incitement to suicide and others, although it is necessary to emphasize that this criminal qualification is initial, since the judicial investigation has just begun, and the specific and definitive accusation that in the future could be formulated against your person will arise from the practice of the corresponding investigation procedures carried out within the framework of the investigation.
