The Provincial Court of Madrid filed a complaint this Thursday with Judge Juan Carlos Peinado all the steps that have been taken after the appeal filed by the wife of the President of the Government, Begoña Gómez, in which she requests the file for alleged crimes of influence peddling and corruption in business, as learned by LaSexta.
The accusations suggest that it could be submit the application on September 30They claim that Begoña Gómez’s lawyer, Antonio Camacho, did not request the file in the reform appeal, but that he requested it in the appeal, so in their opinion it cannot be decreed.
“As it is necessary for the resolution of this appeal, please inform the Court of Instruction Number 41 of Madrid for the purpose of submitting to this court a full testimony of the case“, they explain in the judgment issued by the Madrid court, to which LaSexta has had access.
Section 23 of the Provincial Court requires all documentation in order to rule on September 30 on the appeal in which Gómez requests to archive the file and on the one presented by the prosecution, which requests to delimit the object of the investigations.
