The late Ismail al -Adjili was born in 1949 in Racke and is one of the most outstanding names that wore a banner of the Syrian heritage for international forums, combining high professionalism, delicate meaning and deep affiliation in their homeland.
Al -Adjili founded the Raqqa group in 1968 and soon became a mirror of Syrian cultural identity thanks to participation in Arabic and international festivals in cooperation with ministries of culture and tourism.
Despite the interruption of the group from work in previous years, Al -Adjili again resurrect him after the fall of the Assad regime to rise to the wages of the Syrian theaters in Damascus, Lattatia, Tartut, Homs, Hama and AS -Swevede.
The Syrian newspaper Al -watan said that al -Adjili collaborated with a group of leading Syrian and Arab artists, such as Zaki Nassif, Eli Jueir, champion Rukhanna, Ihsan al -Mundhir, Samir Kevatati, Maida Bassilis, Gassan Salias, Elias Karam, Alya Khalkhal and A. A. A.A.

The group was a technical ambassador to Syria abroad, especially thanks to participation in the World Travel and Tourism Festival.
Under his leadership, the RAQQA group received many prestigious awards, in particular, the award for the World Travel and Tourism festival in Madrid in 1985, in Paris in 1987, in London in 1988 and in Milan in 1989, in addition to outstanding posts in many Arab, European and American countries.
