Gastronomy in Madrid is a culture and it is no longer only found in the fusion of new menus that emerge, but preparing a coffee is an art. The first thing to see is the space. Many of them have their own personality and, in the case of Braco, Mario Hermoso wanted reproduce a minimalist placewhere the environment would embrace you and consuming one of the coffees prepared by its experts would become an experience.
His barista, Carlos Noguera, acknowledges that it is a very big world and that Braco’s coffee is unique. “We mix South American Coffees with tasting notes of roasted hazelnuts, chocolate and stone fruits,” Carlos tells us. “This coffee allows us to drink it at any time of the day, because it is very dynamic.”
Coffee is part of our lifestyle, it is part of our daily routine when we wake up and it accompanies us in all our moments. “At Braco, the customer can start your mornings before going to work, or ending their working day by sharing another cup of coffee with their colleagues or friends,” explains Mario Hermoso, Roma footballer and businessman. “We want to be the meeting point to enjoy this moment of the day, with a cup of coffee. Something fundamental in our way of life,” he adds.

When we ask Mario Hermoso how the idea came about and how it starts from “at Braco we express the nobility of coffee and the elegance of its class”, the footballer who also owns the Japanese restaurant Tora tells us. Few people know it, but this new project was born linked to the loyalty and love he has for his two dogs. “Pointers, like coffee, provide a lot of energy, They are dynamic and very elegant. And that is what we want to transmit with each coffee we serve to customers, combined with the passion that represents the baristas. Your favorite? Mario Hermoso answers: “it depends on the time of day, in the morning a double espresso and in summer, my favorite is the Cold infusion“.
