The 162nd division of the Israel Defense Forces (ISDF) has completed the destruction of the Rafah brigade of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas.
Oku.Az According to TASS, two thousand radical fighters and a 13-kilometer-long tunnel were destroyed, the army press service reported.
The army added that in recent weeks, Israeli units carried out an operation in the Tell al-Sultan area, west of Rafah. During this operation, more than 250 terrorists were destroyed, including the commander of the Tell al-Sultan battalion, Mahmud Hamdan, and most of the battalion’s command was neutralized.
