On Saturday, 130,000 people filled Valencia with mud and indignation against the mishandling of the disaster and demanded the resignation of President Carlos Mazón. They demand that he leave office after several days in which news of his lies, of the late alarm, of the hours when he was unreachable on Tuesday October 29, at times when there were already thousands of people with mud up to their waists.
Nearly two weeks of constant exchanges of accusations. In recent days, Mazón has filed a complaint against the government and is now accusing Teresa Ribera, while the Popular Party closes ranks with Mazón. Two weeks too of hoaxes and disinformation, of influencers and pseudo-journalists who went to Valencia to fill with mud truthful information, get likes and monetize content, of far-right groups and Nazis who continue to spread mud in the affected areas and take to the streets in Ferraz.
