The Valencia prosecutor’s office has warned in a report against the recruitment of minors to photograph themselves masturbating and inserting objects into their vaginas. The Valencia prosecutor’s office highlights in its annual report the investigation opened last year after learning that a minor, through networks, “was recruiting minors whom she demanded in exchange for money”, between 700 and 2000 eurosvideos with pornographic content.” In the images, they were to appear masturbating and “inserting vaginally either a banana, a table leg, or in some other manner.”

The resolution of the problems of addiction to mobile phones and high consumption of pornographic products occupies an important place in the report. According to the Valencian prosecutor, “the mobile phone has become an appendage of minors, which creates addiction and which allow access to harmful content that affects your physical and mental health and their adequate personal development.”
“Content such as pornographic content, content that promotes violence, content that conveys messages that incite hatred and discrimination, publications related to health and nutrition that carry the risk of suffering from eating disorders and, not forgetting, games of chance,” they emphasize.
The document details that applications such as WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and OnlyFansamong others, “are present in a wide range of types of crimes such as crimes against moral integrity, harassment, insults, threats, sexual assault, corruption of minors, crimes against privacy, hate crimes.”
As an example, reference is made to some specific cases that have been handled by the Valencia Public Prosecutor’s Office. On the one hand, it mentions the case of another minor who, through networks, “recruited minors from whom she asked for videos with pornographic content in exchange for money, between 700 and 2,000 euros”.
Artificial intelligence
On the other hand, he highlights the case of a Valencian minor who, using an artificial intelligence application, from the image that a friend of hers had uploaded to the social network Instagram a few days before, “modified it in such a way that the victim appeared completely naked” by exposing herself in front of a mirror and photographing herself with the image that the minor was showing.”
This is a very similar case to the one discovered in Almendralejo (Badajoz) in September last year, which affected around twenty young people. Finally, the Badajoz juvenile court sentenced 15 young people to one year probation for manipulation and dissemination of images produced by artificial intelligence.
Another case investigated in Valencia concerns a minor who exposed pornographic material to other minors in his environment. Apparently, these were child pornography images that the minor “considered as stickers and which he had obtained thanks to the Discord app and sent his contacts as if they were WhatsApp emoticons“.
The Valencia prosecutor’s office is also concerned about the use of networks for the famous “hangouts” that cause mass fights. Or situations of “parental violence against children when parents take the phone away from the minor or cut off the Wi-Fi to prevent him from chatting or playing until the early hours of the morning and the minor reacts in a completely disproportionate way, leading to aggression.”
Finally, the prosecution confirmed the case of a “minor who, with his mobile phone, recorded a video in which his friend, also a minor, appeared.” have sex in exchange for money with an adult“.
The meeting took place in a house in the province of Valencia and the recording “was shown to third parties.”
