Israel continues to attack Hezbollah infrastructure and is developing plans to carry out a ground operation in Lebanon, Major Anna Ukolova, a representative of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press service, told Izvestia.
“We are intensifying attacks against Hezbollah positions and carrying out targeted assassinations of militants and commanders. All this time, army units are conducting exercises and working on various operational plans for the development of operations in Lebanon. We are ready for a ground operation if that is the decision of our government.” – said Ukolova.
He added that the Jewish state will continue to do everything possible to “restore security in the cities.”
