The ANAPEH Hotel Association organized a gastronomic itinerary from November 14 to 28 through the bars of Navarre in which each establishment highlights its specialty: those pintxos, tapas or portions which have become the favorites of their customers and which constitute an essential part of their offer.

THE The classic route invites you to discover the best of Navarrese gastronomywith proposals that range from the most traditional options to the most surprising, reflecting the identity of each place.

When customers enter a bar, they look for that specialty that defines the place: the pincho, the casserole or the most requested portion, recognized by its regulars. THE Gastronomic route organized by ANAPEH, its objective is to highlight these recipes, to make them known and to encourage the public to go to different bars in search of them.

Furthermore, this route is not limited to Pamplonabut it extends to localities such as Elbete, Beintza Labaien, Elizondo, Eltzaburu, Irurzun, Castejón, Lerín, Larraga, Lumbier, Mendigorría, Beriáin, Huarte, Sarriguren, Burlada, Ansoáin, Berriozar and Barañáinas well as the neighborhoods of Pamplona Txantrea, Buztintxuri, Lezkairu, San Juan and Iturrama.
