So far this year, they have reached 38 million hits between the different features offered. It already has 3.5 million users, and the most used options until last October were “My medications”, with 9.53 million accesses, “Health appointment”, with 6.41 million; “clinical reports”, with 3.11 million, and “health records”, with 1.9 million requests. The sections “Vaccines” and “My health problems”, which received a million visits each, and “my screenings” and the section dedicated to “incapacity for work”, which received 700,000 visits, were also very visited with 600,000 entries. respectively.

The virtual health card currently has more than 60 services and 170 associated features. During the first ten months of the year, a total of 30 new services were implemented with five more expected to be added by the end of the year.

The Minister of Digitalization, Miguel López-Valverde, highlighted the important work carried out by the Department of Digitalization to introduce the latest technological developments applied to health, “and the result of this are the continuous updates that we integrate into the main management tool available to Madrid residents to have their entire medical life on their mobile device.

He also recalled that in 2025, the department he heads will have a budget of 567.2 million euros, 10.4 percent more than the previous year, of which more than 107 million will be allocated to development of digital health, 41.5 percent more than in 2025. 2024.
