Authentic returns to Seville in the next September 16 and 17 becoming the pinnacle of gourmet food products and the Mediterranean diet. More than 7,000 professionals from the food industry, mass distribution and retail, the Horeca sector and haute cuisine will meet in a space that is double its size compared to the previous edition, with two pavilions and more than 250 exhibiting companies. A congress dedicated to gastronomic innovation
During the summit, the Auténtica Congress will take place, a space for knowledge and innovation around high-end gastronomic products and the Mediterranean diet, which will be present on this occasion. with 6 simultaneous stages, 120 conferences and 300 speakers. Thus, the congress will address current topics in the industry such as emerging trends in distribution, influenced by new consumer demands, the relevance of local products, the promotion of sustainability in gastronomy or the importance of marketing and advertising in the gastronomic sector.

New this year, the congress will host the forum ‘Authentic Restoration Brandsn’ organized by the professional association Restoration Brands, to publicize the restoration initiatives organized for the use of authentic and unique products, characteristic of the Mediterranean diet. Another new feature this year, Auténtica will host the Meeting of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomywhich will bring together in Seville 14 presidents of the different gastronomic academies of Latin America to sign a global manifesto on sustainability objectives in world gastronomy.
