Auténtica 2024 prepares to welcome 7,000 professionals to Seville, generating an economic impact of 12 million people

A congress dedicated to gastronomic innovation

During the summit, the Auténtica Congress will take place, a space for knowledge and innovation around high-end gastronomic products and the Mediterranean diet, which will be present on this occasion. with 6 simultaneous stages, 120 conferences and 300 speakers. Thus, the congress will address current topics in the industry such as emerging trends in distribution, influenced by new consumer demands, the relevance of local products, the promotion of sustainability in gastronomy or the importance of marketing and advertising in the gastronomic sector.

Auténtica 2024 will bring together on stage renowned chefs and executives from the retail and mass distribution sectors.

Another new feature this year, Auténtica will host the Meeting of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomywhich will bring together in Seville 14 presidents of the different gastronomic academies of Latin America to sign a global manifesto on sustainability objectives in world gastronomy.

Auténtica Premium Food Fest is an event in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development of the Junta de Andalucía, thanks to co-financing with the European FEDER funds, and has the support of the City Council of Seville, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Landaluz, Agrifood Cooperatives of Andalusia, as well as the main business associations in the sector.
