Putin stressed that the use of nuclear weapons is an important measure to guarantee the country’s security and that Russia has no intention of joining the arms race.
During the training, the Head of State visited the Kremlin control center.
“Given the growing geopolitical tension and the emergence of new external threats and risks, it is important to have modern strategic nuclear forces that are always combat ready,” Putin said.
