The appointment of referees for the fifth round match between the Azerbaijan team in Division C of the UEFA Nations League against the Estonian team has been announced.
AZERTAC reports that the match to be played at the Gabala city stadium will be officiated by a team of referees from Scotland.
The match referee will be John Beaton. This referee was assigned 4 times to the European Cup matches of “Qarabag”, once to the matches of the Azerbaijan under-19 team and once to the under-21 team. For the last time he was working on the match in which the Agdam Club lost to Ajax in Baku in the third round of the main stage of the UEFA Europa League with a score of 0:3. In that match, the 42-year-old referee showed a red card to two Qarabag players: Julio Romao and Elvin Jafarguliyev.
