Canbaru – The National Chief of the Police, General Listio Sigit Prabavo, received the usual “Bow Memory” award from the usual Institute of RIAU Malau (Lamiu) in the traditional procession held in the ordinary hall of Lam -iau, Dzalan Dipotron, Subbota (12/7/2025).
In the usual procession, the head of the National Police was subjected to Ajak as a sign of honor, a sling that symbolizes Majesty and protection, Keris as a symbol of power, as well as comments as a binder brotherhood. The peak of the procession is marked by the applause of fresh flour, traditional rituals that symbolize expectations, safety and wisdom.
General Sigit expressed gratitude and appreciation for this grace. He called the award a moral reminder that the service of a national police institution should always be based on cultural values and sincerity.
“This gift is a reminder that each step of service should be based on minds and noble values. From there that it will grow well, which will be remembered and felt by the community, ”said the head of the national police.
He also emphasized the importance of the role of culture in the formation of the nature and moral direction of the nation, especially in the midst of global problems, such as geopolitical conflicts, climatic crises and technological destruction.
“The value of the Malay culture is an anchor of civilization of the nation. Lam Riau will become a guardian of this value. I hope that this institution will still remain the front -line in the care of tolerance, harmony and mutual cooperation, ”he said.
