The deputy director of the Garadagh District Housing and Community Management Board (MKTB) has been brought to court.
According to Gaynarinfo, the deputy head of the union, Fariz Elkhan oglu Hajiyev, was appealed to the court by the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy, General Department of Local Revenues of Baku city.
A lawsuit was filed against Fariz Hajiyev in court alleging tax debt and non-payment.
The case will be heard under the presidency of Garadagh District Court Judge Kamran Asadov.
