Stray dogs are alleged to be treated cruelly in Sumgait city.
According to Sumgait24, unknown persons drove to the Alvan Metal guesthouse at night and shot the dogs. They then left the animals’ corpses in the area. This can lead to unsanitary conditions and various diseases later on.
“They come several times a week. They wait for people to sleep before they can start their ‘work’. The sound of the poor dogs fills the area. Where have you seen such brutality?” – the complainant expressed his disgust.
