It is reported that a building was built overnight on the territory of the park in Baku.
According to Khezerxeber.az, residents living on Ruhulla Akhundov Street in Nasimi district report that illegal buildings have been built in this area. They point out that there is a plan showing that the area is presented as a park when buying an apartment. According to the residents, the new constructions reduce the area of the yard and make it difficult to move around.
Residents say construction in the area is illegal and that worries them.
MTK, which built the building, said that formalities related to buildings in the yard are being carried out.
Khanlar Agayev, deputy chairman of MTK “Mashingayiran”, said that the building in question is intended for employees and technicians of the building security service. He added that the design of the two-storey building is currently in the process and will be submitted to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture in the near future.
It should be noted that construction of the building is currently suspended.
