“My monthly grocery bill is 2.6 thousand rubles. Shut up your wombs! Eating too much is indecent.” — wrote the artist.
He accompanied this comment with a photograph of a scale that showed 52.6 kg.
The 58-year-old singer explained how she manages to spend so little on food.
“A pack of oatmeal, buckwheat, 3.2% milk, chicken/rice/noodles, Armenian lavash, tomatoes/cucumbers that I pickled myself (a set of 100 rubles with garlic). Mushrooms, sea buckthorn, potatoes 70 rubles, carrots 50 rubles, radishes 50 rubles, arugula 100 rubles, sorrel 100 rubles. Vegetables and fruits are a weekend market, everything is sold at a discount.” — Sturm said in an interview with Gazeta.ru.
The artist also noted that all grocery stores offer discounts, in addition to bonus programs from banks. Some stores offer discounts for seniors.
To confirm his words, he provided the publication with a screenshot of the banking application, which actually showed the amount of 2,518 rubles for three transactions in the “grocery” section for the month.
“People spend more on alcohol, cigarettes and expensive smoked meats. If there are no luxuries, then the food should be healthy. Healthy and inexpensive food. And cooking it yourself is often cheaper than eating the same food in a restaurant.” – Sturm is sure.
The singer added that she is 170 cm tall and weighs 52 kg.
Natalya Sturm began her career in 1991, winning first place in the All-Russian Show Queen contest. Over the years of her career, she has released four studio albums and two collections. One album, which was ready in 2012, was never released. Sturm also wrote five novels.
