The number of arrests made in connection with the investigation into eight-year-old Narin Gura, who went missing on August 21 in Turkey’s Diyarbakır province and was found dead in a sack in a stream bed near the village 19 days later, has increased.

It should be noted that previously, including Nari’s mother, Yüksel Guran, and her brother Enes Guran, within the framework of the investigation, 8 people was arrested. Together with Salim Guran, Nari’s uncle, who was arrested earlier, and Nevzat Bakhtiyar, the neighbour who hid the girl’s body, the number of those arrested in the case was 10.
Now, the 15-year-old suspect, who was released under judicial supervision and arrested again in connection with Nari’s murder, has also been arrested. This decision was made after RA, an employee of Nari’s uncle Salim Gura, was questioned at the prosecutor’s office.
This brings the number of people arrested in connection with Nari’s murder to 11.
