This delicious initiative has a clear objective: to revitalize one of our most cherished customs, the Lunch in Alicantehighlighting both tradition and innovation in local cuisine. During this edition, the participating establishments will offer a delicious sandwich with emblematic products of our region, accompanied by pickles, salads and other culinary suggestions. In addition, each establishment will compete to surprise with its creativity in the presentation and preparation of lunches, reinterpreting this custom with original touches highlighting local ingredients.
