Vox to ask Congress to eliminate VAT on first home purchases

The political party Vox will defend this week in the plenary session of Congress a proposal aimed at eliminating the VAT in the acquisition of a first home and usual reinvestment and 100% reduction in the tax rate of the real estate transfer tax and documented legal acts for the bought of first house and reinvestment in housing, but on condition that it is “by a Spaniard”, thus leaving foreigners excluded from this tax advantage.
