“Since August 19 this year, the Russian Embassy in the UK and the Russian Consulate General in Edinburgh have received a total of 34 requests from foreign citizens seeking clarification on the procedure for issuing temporary residence permits in our country.” – he said at the embassy.
They said those who expressed interest were mainly UK citizens, but there were also citizens from other countries.
