The second secretary of the board of directors of the Cortes of Castile-La Mancha and regional deputy of the PP, Tania Andicoberryregretted that the regional president, Emiliano Garcia-Page“did not leave aside his vacations” to meet with the Minister of Housing and Urban Agenda, Isabel Rodríguez, who was in Toledo this Wednesday to discuss regional financing.
According to the party, Andicoberry recalled the statements of Minister Isabel Rodriguez “who said not having had the opportunity to speak with García-Page because the regional president is on vacation.”
“This Wednesday would have been an ideal opportunity to hold this meeting, put aside the holidays, get to work and demand equal treatment for Castilla-La Mancha in terms of regional financing,” he insisted.
And the PP parliamentarian criticized the fact that the government of Castilla-La Mancha “continuously complains about the Catalan quota, the discrimination that the community will suffer, the lack of solidarity, but it doesn’t matter“.
“A few days before the beginning of September, we still do not know what Emiliano García-Page’s roadmap will be in which he will be consistent in his words and take action,” said Andicoberry, who affirmed that the Government Council this Tuesday could have adopted some kind of agreement in this regard.
This is why he invited Emiliano García-Page to start parliamentary activity by holding the monographic plenary session on regional financing that they have asked so many times from the PP.
