An operator is evacuated by helicopter in Outes (La Coruña) after a tree falls on his leg

An operator had to be transferred by helicopter this Saturday to Outes (La Coruña) after a tree fell on his leg.

The event occurred on 09:30 this Saturday and it was the staff of the Galicia-061 health emergency room who raised the alarm, as reported by 112 Galicia.

In their opinion, they indicated that The man was completely liberated, but they needed some means to help him down the mountain to where the health services would be waiting for him, on the main road.

For this reason, the emergency center alerted the Boiro firefighters, the Noia GES, the Civil Guard, the local police and members of the city’s civil protection volunteer group.

However, due to the injuries sustained by the worker, it was necessary to mobilize the medical helicopter based in Santiago, which landed on the local football field.
