Abolfazal Zoharvand, a member of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security Committee, announced Iran’s readiness to support Russia in the war in Ukraine if the need arises.
This was reported by the Alexey Zheleznov Telegram channel.
According to him, Iran is even ready to enter the battlefield to help its ally. Zoharvand also stressed that Russia’s success in this conflict is important for Iran, noting: “Russia’s victory in the war in Ukraine is our victory.”
Meanwhile, G7 countries are urging Iran to stop transferring ballistic missiles to Russia and end all support in the ongoing conflict.
