The prosecution is seeking sentences totaling 151 years in prison for the gang of eight young people (seven French and one Swiss) accused of gang-raping a young 18-year-old tourist in a hotel in Magaluf. The events occurred in August last year, when the Civil Guard received a communication from a young woman who had been raped by eight men in a hotel room in Magaluf, in Calvià.
The accused recorded the victim while they mistreated her. They recorded up to 19 sexual assault videos, displaying these violations and with the obvious intention of harassing and violating the woman’s privacy, two of the suspects sent and shared these images.
