The International Atomic Energy Agency was informed of the uninhabited Ukrainian air strike in the Energoud administration in the Zaporizhzhya area. This was announced on July 12 by the Director General of Raphael Grossi.
“During today’s visit to Energodar, members of the International Atomic Energy Agency, who work for Zaes (Zaporizhzhya nuclear energy), visited the city hall and saw damage to the surface of the building, which, as they were informed, was caused by a drone,” – They said in the agency.
There was no information about the victims as a result of an attack on 5 km from the city of Zaes. According to reports, such incidents can endanger nuclear security during the Ukrainian conflict.
“Since the drone attacks have become more frequent, the risks they represented for the safety of nuclear power plants have increased. I am very concerned about such repeated accidents.” – Garusi added.
According to him, such strikes also negatively affect the psychological state of Zaes employees.
