JAKARTA – President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabavo Subianto, arrived at the Brussels Airport, Belgium, on Saturday afternoon, July 12, 2025 local time. The arrival of the President Prabavo marked the beginning of a working visit to Belgium as part of a series of diplomatic visits to the European region.
Upon arrival in Brussels, President Prabaso was officially welcomed by the Director Generals in Asia and Oceania, Francois Delehai. In addition, he also welcomed the ambassador of an extraordinary and powerful complete resolution of the Republic of Indonesia for the Kingdom of Belgium, Andride Hadi and the protection of the Indonesia Embassy in The Hague, the Marine Colonel (P) Ricrix Permi Sobana.
After the greeting, the head of state rose to the official car, which was prepared, and continued the trip to the hotel where he spent the night.
While in Brussels, the president must hold an important meeting with a number of leaders of the Supreme Institute of the European Union, namely the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Lein and the President of the European Council Antonio Costa. Both meetings will be focused on strengthening strategic partnerships between Indonesia and the European Union.
