European Union “observers” operating in Armenia intensified their activity on the conditional border with Azerbaijan in October. One of the three cars that arrived in the area today was marked with a French flag. However, until now observers traveled only in vehicles belonging to the European Union. According to the information, it is stated that the people who were traveling in that car are agents of the French secret services.
