The 36 year old man who suffered a serious attack on Halloween night in the center of Malaga, died this week Regional Hospitall, where he fell into a coma with severe head trauma.
This is what health sources confirmed to this newspaper this Friday. Apparently the event occurred intowards Muro de San Julián streetin the Center of Malaga, 3h30. The victim received a violent punch which caused him to fall and therefore lose consciousness, leaving him in a very serious condition.
The perpetrator of the attack, another 47-year-old man, who, according to the sources consulted, is a goalkeeper, was arrested. According to advance Journal Sud, the reason for the fight could have been linked to a beer. Apparently, according to this newspaper, Pablo got into an argument with another customer over where one of them had left a beer. “After exchanging a few words, they challenged each other to continue the argument outside the establishment. This is how they found each other,” they add.
He National Police Homicide Group took over the case and the attacker is currently under investigation for suspected homicide.
Four minors arrested
During Halloween night, Local Police officers also arrested four minors for damaging street furniture and violent theft. Three of them, aged just 13, were returned to their parents for damaging several trash bins and a van in the street. Amador de los Ríos Street, in the eastern district of the capital.
Also in this same intervention he was arrested another minor under 17 years old who, in addition, participated in a violent theft in the Plaza de la Marina and that at the time of his arrest, he attempted to attack the police officer, for which he is also accused of attacking a law enforcement officer.
