Spokesman José María Llanos criticized the regional government for its “lack of transparency” and sent a message against “a bankrupt, collapsed and useless autonomous state.”
The spokesperson for Voice in the Valencian Cortes, Jose Maria Llanoscriticized the “incompetence” and “mismanagement” of the catastrophic DANA which devastated Valencia by the President of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazon. According to him, “we reacted late” and “beginner mistakes” were made despite the scale of the tragedy.
Mazón “took matters into his own hands by going to Cecopi and it is obvious, it is the noise from the street, that it was not handled well,” he maintained. At the same time as he also accuses the President of the Government, Pedro Sanchezwhom he accused of “traitor” for “having refused to declare a state of national emergency level 3”, as well as against his ministers, for “omission of the duty of relief” and “criminal negligence”.
This is how Llanos spoke this Friday during the monographic parliamentary session on flood management on October 29 in Valencia, after a first two and a half hour speech by the head of the Regional Executive, Carlos Mazón.
The spokesperson for the party led by Santiago Abascal spoke of “lack of transparency” by the autonomous government – of which his party was part until July – and criticized the spokesperson for the Consell, Ruth Merino, “missing”. Llanos wonders where the already planned infrastructure is located that could have avoided the disaster. He also took the opportunity to send a message against “a failed, collapsed and useless autonomous state” due to the lack of coordination with the central government.
