Ambulance crews transported the victims to medical institutions in the city of Belgorod, one of them is in extremely serious condition.
“As a result of the direct impacts, a private house and more than 15 cars caught fire. Firefighters are on the scene; the open-air fire has been extinguished.” – said the head of the region.
He also noted that 21 apartment buildings in Belgorod have had their windows damaged. In the territory of four private houses, windows were broken, roofs and facades were cut off. The gas pipeline was also damaged.
“In the Belgorod district, in the village of Dubovoe, an apartment building, the roof of a private house, a garage and a fence were damaged. Four cars were hit by shrapnel.” – the governor concluded.
He added that information on the consequences and victims is currently being clarified. Operational services are working on the ground.
