The prosecution claims that the events took place in a house in Orihuela after the defendant’s divorce from his wife and mother of the victims.
The Seventh Section of the Provincial Court of Alicante, based in Elche, is this week trying a man accused of sexually abuse one of your childrenminor, and masturbating in front of another minor.
According to the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office provided by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, the alleged abuses took place during the weekends when he was in charge of caring for them, after divorce your wife and mother of the victims.
The events occurred between 2016 and 2018 in a house in Orihuela when the eldest son was between 10 and 12 years old and, according to the prosecution, the accused took advantage of the minor’s emotional dependence and his status as a father to subject him to touching and other sexual acts.
Regarding the younger brother, aged between 9 and 11, the prosecution maintains in its accusation that the man made him witness certain acts of a sexual nature and addressed obscene remarks to him.
For all these reasons, the prosecution is initially requesting a prison sentence of six years for the defendant for the continuing offence of sexual abuse and one year in prison for the offence of exhibitionism, also of a continuing nature.
