What conditions must I meet if I wish to become a public prosecutor?
Candidates who wish to participate in this call must have Spanish nationality or that of a Member State of the European Union; have reached the age of majority and not exceeded retirement age; be in possession of the necessary powers to carry out the duties of the position and be Bachelor or graduate in law. Likewise, people who participate via the quota for disabled people must provide proof of Rating of 33%.

What will the state attorney exams look like?
The selection process for this call will be governed by the opposition, which will consist of five elimination exercises.
- First of all: oral presentation two subjects of civil law; one for mortgage law; two on procedural law, one for each part into which the program is divided; one in commercial law and one in labor law. The expected duration of the test will be 65 minutes.
- Second: oral presentation a subject of constitutional law; two from administrative law, one from each part into which the program is divided; two on financial and tax law, one for each part into which the program is divided; one on public international law and the European Union and one on criminal law.
- Third: it will be divided into two exercises. In the first of these, candidates will carry out a language test to choose between French or English. Inside Second, applicants can choose any official foreign language of the European Union.
- Fourth: of a practical nature, it will be a question of carrying out some written action in legal cases in which the State or legal entities under public law are parties linked or dependent on the General Administration of the State.
- Fifth: of a practical nature, it will deal with inform in writing of any legal matter that concerns the General Administration of the State or its related or dependent public law entities.
