The burning of the local newspaper “As-Salam” by a blogger in the Russian Republic of Dagestan caused a scandal.
Oku.Az reported about this with reference to the Russian channels “Telegram”.
Thus, despite the presence of Quranic verses in the newspaper “As-Salam” published in Makhachkala, the young people wanted to burn the newspaper and record a trending video, as well as advertise fur products. This was met with anger by the local community.
In turn, the young people apologized to everyone and emphasized that their goal was to make a funny video. They said they were unaware of the materials published in the newspaper.
