“Election security was guaranteed from day one.”
Oku.Az reports that this was stated by the president of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) at today’s meeting Mazahir Panahov saying.
According to him, the institutions responsible for security acted very seriously in the elections:
“The Central Election Commission held joint events with them and organized educational projects so that the parties’ activities did not exceed the authority granted to them by the Electoral Code. It is not for nothing that the security forces did not interfere with those who were dissatisfied with the elections.”
