The Malaga Court of Instruction 7, acting as guardian, decreed last Wednesday, September 11, the provisional prison, communicated and without bail, of the three people arrested for carrying out a shootout with crossfire in Alhaurín de la Torre, in which one of them was injured and a neighbor’s dog was killed. They are being investigated for attempted homicide. This judicial body has agreed to recuse itself in favor of the Court of Instruction 2, in office on the day of the events.
The events occurred last Monday. Two of those arrested went to a house and fired several shots, apparently without saying a word. The third of those arrested, who is resident of said propertyresponded with a shotgun. One of the individuals who attacked the house was shot and wounded.
According to the Alhaurín de la Torre town hall, one of the people involved in the filming She was arrested by members of the local police, who put her at the disposal of the Civil Guard. It was the brother of the injured man, caught at that moment, who asked part of the clan to go armed in pursuit of the subject.
In addition, several municipal agents were the first to arrive at the scene, on the so-called Camino Viejo del Romeral, after a poster reported that people had fired shots and that they hadfinished with a dog’s life.
Officers met with the animal’s owner and went to the house next to her property, where the gunshots could have been heard. Officers arrived at the scene and found a man with a gunshot wound to the leg, who was being treated by emergency medical personnel, along with another person “in a state of notorious alteration who was shouting threateningly at staff and banging on the door and wall of an office.”
After identifying themselves and questioning the last individual, the agents confirm the participation of both in the events of the Camino Viejo del Romeral, and it turns out that at one point the companion began to speak on the phone with third parties shouting repeatedly: “Call these guys, they shot my brother… arm yourself and come… blood will flow… it is a settling of scores”, as well as threats against the agents.
Officers also searched the vehicle in which they had both arrived at the health center, finding an improvised firearm consisting of a tube with a crosspiece acting as a barrel, with a rod acting as a firing pin driven by a spring; several projectiles of different calibers and a large sword located in the structure of the sunroof.
