Eating cheese and yogurt can protect men between 42 and 60 years old from heart attacks.
Oku.AzBritain’s “Gloucestershire Live (GL)” published an article about products that reduce the risk of heart disease.
According to the publication, researchers found that men who regularly ate a large amount of fermented dairy products (cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir) for at least 20 years had a lower risk of coronary heart disease than men who did not consume these foods. At the same time, men who consume a lot of regular milk in their diet are at high risk of heart problems.
At the same time, it was noted that the mechanism linking health to the consumption of fermented foods has not yet been fully studied.
