The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) fined the officials of “BOKT AZPUL”, “PARA BOKT” and “MJ Financial Services BOKT”.

It was reported that within the framework of the current control processes carried out by the CBA, due to violation of the requirements of Article 22.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-Bank Credit Organizations” and Clause 3.3 of the ” Standard for providing information about borrowers of credit organizations to the Centralized Credit Register”, 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in accordance with article c, the official of the non-bank credit organization “PARA” OJSC 2 thousand manats , “MJ Financial Services non-bank “non-bank credit organization” OJSC was fined 1,500 manats, and the official of the non-bank credit organization LLC “AZPUL” was fined 6,000 manats.
