164 New fire brigades were delivered to Greece, in the presence of the Commissioner in equality, ready and crisis management of Hatz Lamib Lamib and Prime Minister Greek Kiriacos Mitsotakitis.
164 of the new vehicles of the fire brigade with a total budget of 15,550,000 euros have various types of both personnel and equipment, transportation and aquifers, all ground, equipped with 12,000 -liter water reservoirs, which provides excellent capacities.
The proposal was implemented as part of the AEGISE program, financed by the Restoration and Sustainability Fund. During 2025, the fire service will receive a total of 296 vehicles of various types and additional 331 vehicles in 2026.
With the completion of the Egisa program, the fire brigade will update and strengthen the park of ground and air agents, a total of 1,400 new vehicles equipped with modern communication systems, the state of product technologies and increased working capabilities.
Mitsotakis: “We have the most effort than when this year”

“We have 85 aircraft, more than 80 drones and almost 4000 vehicles of various types, and, as you can see behind me, this fire fleet is included today on 164 more modern fire funds for human resources, equipment, water, various types, increasing the ability to intervene more and more.
