A German lawyer proposed a reward of 1,000 euros to the person who finds a stuffed animal that is very dear to her, which she lost during a vacation in Seville last May. According to the ‘Diario de Sevilla’ and the lawyer herself, Alev Filya, explained to EFE, the stuffed animal, a small donkey that she calls ‘Hilde’, has been with her for 15 years, is easy to identify because it is gray and has a small brown plaid scarf around its neck.
Alev said he was “very fond” of the stuffed animal because His brother gave it to him when he was admitted. seriously ill in a hospital in his country, and when he gave it to her, he told her that “Hilde” would always take care of her and that she would recover “very soon.”
Since that day, he has always been with the family, and traveled with her to the United States, Canada, Turkey, Italy or Spainuntil May 8, between 2:15 p.m. and 2:25 p.m., he was in the Plaza de España in Seville, where he photographed it, put it in his backpack and they headed towards the city center, on the other side of San Fernando Street.
“At the intersection of Rábida and Palos de la Frontera streets, I wanted to take something out of my backpack and I was surprised to see that the zipper was more open and ‘Hilde’ and my hat were missing,” he recalled, adding that at that point he had suffered “a huge shock” and had not found it despite “the distance travelled to look for it”.
Alev Filya asked whoever finds it to hand it over to the lost and found office of the Seville City Council, where “they know the story,” and they even posted a photo of “Hilde” “as if she were a missing person.” Once it is back in her hands, she is ready to deliver a reward of 1,000 euros to the one who returns his precious stuffed animal.
