Podemos-IU spokesperson in Parla, Vanessa Calleannounced on Tuesday that he was leaving the socialist government of this municipality after the PSOE financed with public money the bulls of the patron saint festivals next September.
In a press conference, the Podemos-IU group wanted to highlight the non-compliance with the government agreement reached with the Socialist Party, which occupies the position of mayor thanks to the support of IU-Podemos and Más Madrid.
The purple formation accused Mayor Ramón Jurado of trying to capture right-wing votes with this type of action and regretted that he never wanted to negotiate and that the response was always “the decision is made.”
