These events became the initiative of the Moscow State University on International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Morocco, the Russian House and a number of partner organizations related to employment and higher education.
Classes were widespread between strategic sessions and discussion seminars that gathered a group of universities, employment centers, diplomats and employers, as well as experts from the Russian Commercial Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and the Moscow Commerce and Industry. Sessions discussed various aspects of professional paths within the framework of international relations, with an emphasis on cooperation between Russia and African countries, including Morocco.
The main strategic session entitled “International Cooperation in the Development of a Professional Way to Specialized Youth” attracted special attention, since it considered the preparation of human competencies necessary for Russian initiatives on the African continent. Participants, including the heads of employment centers at Russian and explosive universities and graduates, provided various views on international employment capabilities and problems that young people face the world labor market.
Discussions affected the importance of building partnerships between Russian universities and their African colleagues, and also emphasize the development trends of Russian relations, as well as factors affecting the success of bilateral cooperation in the field of education and employment.
A discussion session was held on the parallel axis under the name “System of training for diplomatic bodies”, which collected representatives of African diplomatic missions, where opinions were exchanged by the methods of preparing diplomats and their professional qualifications. Vladimir Morozov, Vice -President of the University of MGIMO, made a detailed presentation of the university training system at the university, which is one of the most prestigious diplomatic educational institutions in Russia.
A number of African diplomats expressed great interest in the Russian model in qualification diplomats, emphasizing the importance of the exchange of experience and improve academic cooperation in this area.
Events ended with recommendations related to the promotion of vocational education and training programs, especially in international and diplomatic relations, noting that the results of these discussions will be taken into account when developing curricula and future training programs.
