Ilgar Mustafayev, former chairman of the board of directors of the Denizkanari Bulvar administration, has been detained.
According to information obtained by “Report”, I. Mustafayev is particularly accused of embezzlement and overstepping his functions.
He was charged with articles 179.4 and 308 of the Criminal Code.
The Binagadi District Court remanded him in custody for a period of three months and 20 days.
It should be noted that a few days ago the Accounting Chamber conducted an audit at the office on Denizkanari Boulevard and found deficiencies. The collected materials related to it were sent to the General Prosecutor’s Office.
