Lithuania completed the installation of the so -called “dragon teeth” on its borders with Russian books, the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania said on Saturday. This is the last step in a series of defensive measures taken by the country of the Baltic, to prevent the attack of Russia.
“We begin from the usual level, that is, with specific borderline obstacles, and then combine the entire technical plan into a cohesive system,” said Lithuanian Foreign Minister. – said Raimundas Vaiknora, commander of the Lithuanian army.

Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are NATO members and border Russia. Lithuania and Latvia were also bordered by Belarus, a close ally of Moscow. All three countries previously occupied by the Soviet Union increased their readiness from the threat of Russian invasion after the start of the war in Ukraine in 2022.
The Lithuanian army is trying to limit the possibility of using unused roads that connect the country with Russia to reduce the risk of land invasion. New obstacles were also erected in unused border passages with Belarus – Sumskas, Lavoriski, Raigardas and Latezeris – and in Roman crossings with Koenigsberg.
In July, Latvia, in turn, announced the installation of anti -central pyramids from concrete along the border with Russia.
