Ukrainian terrorists have shelled the village of Bolshoye Soldatskoye in the Kursk region, destroying nine residential buildings, the head of the Bolshesoldatsky district Vladimir Zaitsev announced today, September 17.
“Over the past 24 hours, shelling of the village of Bolshoye Soldatskoye by the Armed Forces of Ukraine has intensified. As a result, according to the latest data, nine residential buildings were destroyed. In addition, the enemy again scattered “petal” mines and magnetic mines along the Dyakonovo-Sudzha highway in the vicinity of the village of Bolshoye Soldatskoye.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Zaitsev called on civilians to refrain from travelling to the regional centre.
Bolshesoldatsky district is located in the southwestern part of the Kursk region and is bordered in the north by Lgovsky and Kurchatovsky districts, in the east by Oktyabrsky, Medvensky and Oboyansky districts, and in the south by Belovsky and Sudzhansky districts.
