Marc Marquez has already accumulated two consecutive victories: in Aragon and Misano. And this weekend, why not aim for third place on the same stage, in the Grand Prix of Emilia-Romagna. And the MotoGP community believes it is fully involved in the fight for the title.
In statements to the official MotoGP website, the former rider Simon Crafar believes Marc “scared” his rivals: “It was Marc’s pace after his drying that impressed me and will make Marc so happy. That was really valuable. It was his best race since he got on the Ducati. “It will scare the rivals when we return here.”
“His speed after drying was good enough to compete with anyone.and he knows it. If he qualifies well, he will fight for the victory again, in the second race here. He gave a master class, incredibly good,” the former driver explained.
And he specifies that he sees it in the fight against Jorge Martin and Pecco Bagnaia: “He’s in the championship fight. Did you see the look on Marc’s face when he was asked if he was in the championship fight? He said he couldn’t afford to make any mistakes.”
“The intent on Marc’s face with the level of rider he is, I would be worried if he was the rival”sentence.
